Noodle Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 1, 2026
Noodle is built so your data never leaves your iPhone. We do not run servers, we do not have accounts, and we do not collect, sell, or share personal data.
Screen Time data
Noodle uses Apple’s Screen Time frameworks (Family Controls, Managed Settings, Device Activity) to show your usage and to block apps you choose. Apple keeps this data on your device: the apps you pick are stored as opaque tokens Noodle cannot read, and usage numbers are rendered by Apple inside a private extension. Noodle never sees, stores, or transmits which apps you use.
What stays on your device
- Your onboarding answers (how you feel about scrolling, daily hours, age range)
- Your block lists and their settings
- Your focus session history
Deleting the app deletes all of it. You can also erase it any time from Progress → Start over.
Purchases
Subscriptions are processed by Apple. Noodle receives only whether your subscription is active; we never see your payment details.
Analytics and tracking
Noodle contains no analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
Children
Noodle is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any data from anyone.
